6 months fly by.

It hardly seems possible that we have woken up to morning smiles from our baby girl every day for six whole months. I get to start every day with her huge grins and cuddles...she acts like she hasn't seen us in days! It's quickly become my favorite time of day. But I must admit that falling asleep with a little hand in mine every night..well...that's pretty awesome too. The people who bash co-sleeping are crazy.

Our days are spent playing, singing and these days trying to sort through things or pack. She helps me by getting into things, squealing and pulling up on my leg.  She is crawling EVERYWHERE and this past week has started venturing off into other rooms without me. Her favorite spot is the entry way. She loves to smack the tile floor. She also loves the kitchen...where she stands up holding onto the dishwasher, bangs spoons on the oven and looks at pictures on the fridge. Most mornings she won't let me get ready without hanging on my leg but I love it.

She says Mama all the time and says "ma-ba" and "ba" a lot. She also says hi "eye" to Dada. She says Da some and has said Dada a couple times, but it isn't regular yet. She sure knows her daddy though! We skyped tonite and she loved talking and showing off her new skill....drinking out of her sippy cup! She loves the cup and chews or drinks as much as I let her have it. I've put her hair in a Pebbles ponytail a few times :) She loves to carry a paci around and chomp on it.

She's had sweet potatoes a couple times..first at home, then at Applebees. She gobbled them up!!

For her 6 month birthday, we went to Seal Beach. She got a "Love bug" shirt and maracas in town, and rode in the Beco down to the beach with Daddy. It was cold and windy but still fun. We also went to Downtown Disney and she found a Minnie she just HAD to have.  She had sweet potatoes her second time this day.

We hang out at Aunt Kims a lot, and try to keep busy while we are apart from Daddy. We have also been hanging out with friends from our Bradley class, Evee has fun with her buddy Wyatt! Nana comes this weekend...we can't wait!
